As you will be aware from our previous updates, Bauer Media NZ is currently involved in a sales process to secure new ownership for the following magazines:

• Fashion Quarterly Magazine
  
• Good Health & Wellbeing Magazine
• Home New Zealand Magazine
• New Zealand Listener Magazine
• Metro Magazine
• North & South Magazine
• Next Magazine
• New Zealand Woman's Weekly Magazine
• Simply You Magazine
• Taste Magazine, and
• Your Home & Garden Magazine. 

As a valued subscriber we wish to update you on where things are at with the sale and what that means for your subscription. We also want to thank you for your exceptional patience and support during this time. 

The goal has always been to get your subscription up and running again as soon as possible and we are working hard to make this happen.

There has been a large amount of interest in the sale of the magazines and that, combined with the logistical challenges of Covid-19 restrictions, has meant we have had to extend the sales process.

This will have an impact on the timing of your subscription resuming under new ownership but it is good news for a positive outcome. 
As we shared previously, all issues that you did not receive during the sale process will be added to your subscription so that you still get the same number of issues that you signed up for.

Again, if your subscription has a direct debit coming up or an auto renewal due, these processes have been suspended.
